Terms of Service
Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing or using any service provided by Scotts Mods.
1 Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or utilizing the goods and services provided by "Scotts Mods", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Terms of Service Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms outlined in this Agreement, you are expressly prohibited from purchasing or utilizing our services, and holding a third party developer position.
You agree and acknowledge that these terms may be amended at any time without notification. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for reviewing, understanding and complying with this Agreement and any updates or modifications made by "Scotts Mods". Continued use of the services or holding a third party developer position after any such changes constitutes the User's agreement and acceptance of the revised terms.
You agree and acknowledge that you will not use the Services in a manner that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights, or any other rights of the Provider. You agree and acknowledge that "Scotts Mods" may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Services, or any part thereof, at any time without liability.
2 Payment Methods
All transactions with Scotts Mods shall be exclusively conducted through PayPal using the "Friends / Family" option. Any payments sent through alternative methods will be refunded and denied.
All payments made to Scotts Mods shall be made in United States Dollars (USD). The User is responsible for ensuring that the payment is submitted in USD, and converting the value to USD.
3 Refunds and Disputes
You acknowledge and agree that all services provided by "Scotts Mods" are exclusively virtual in nature. These virtual goods are not refundable. All purchases or transactions are final.
4 Restrictions
When purchasing any product from "Scotts Mods" you are only purchasing the permission to use them. It is not a transfer of ownership of the rights of the products. You acknowledge that you cannot:
- Modify or copy
- Resell
- Claim credit of
- Leak, rip, unlock, or jailbreak
5 Commissions
When purchasing a commission from Scotts Mods, ownership of the assets does not transfer and the product may be sold to other customers. You are free to pay for resell rights or ownership rights at their own fees.
6 Asset Donations
You may "give" your purchased assets or commissions to a secondary party for server use, as long as you are an active member. If you fail to remain an active member, leave the server, or get banned from the community, the server developers/owners must remove your assets from the server completely. Allowing said community to continue use of the asset is a direct violation of this TOS.
